    i use baking soda inside a $12 mouth guard for top and bottom teeth. brush with the Bsoda first then put the mouth guard in and leave it for 5 minutes friday night before you go out for your weekend partying… do not drink colas, coffee, or tea, just water. if you are planning to drink those kinds of things maybe it’s better to use it on Sunday evening… good luck all!
